We humans are creatures of habit, especially when left to our own accord. 

The holidays can be a tricky time, especially if you have challenging family dynamics, feel lonely, or lose yourself in others.

Since you are here, chances are you are a highly sensitive human, with a huge heart that feels a whole lot. You've likely experienced a decent amount of trauma and are aware of some big generational curses you are working to shift.

You are likely a light worker, highly intuitive, deeply gifted, a healer of some sort, and ultimately you are here on a mission to help shift humanity.

AND SOMETIMES, IT CAN FEEL FREAKING HARD TO BE YOU.

That is why I have created a new offering; to support you to open & activate your gifts, to harness your energy, to maintain focus on what you are cultivating in your life, no matter the external circumstances of your personal life, the people around you, and the happenings on the planet.

I am inviting you into an immersive course to cultivate an Upward Spiral. 

The purpose of this course is to provide a container & road map to truly hold yourself, your mission, and your inner work as the top priority in your life. Only when you are full, balanced, and well-resourced will you be able to be of service to others.

I know that this can be hard for people like us, but it is the only way to actually create the circumstances to THRIVE. When you are thriving (or at least out of survival), you have more to give.

Sooo, what is Upward Spiral?

Upward Spiral is a 6 week course / mini-mind hybrid.

There will be a few different touch points each week:

Monday - there will be a broadcast out into Telegram with the theme of the week, things to ponder, and an activity to do.

Tuesday - there will be a Prompt for you to answer in Telegram based on our theme & opportunity to ask me questions & receive personalized coaching.

Thursday - 90 minute zoom session to dive deeper into these topics. These calls are extremely dynamic with a mix of guided meditation, sharing exercises, Q&A, coaching, and EFT tapping based on the groups needs.

**If you know me, you know I like to over-deliver, so don't be surprised if I add in a recorded meditation, EFT session, or other embodiment practice to support this shift**
