No matter how great (or not so great) your family  is, the holidays always bring up our issues. It's easy to make the excuses to skip the self-care, eat the unhealthy food, slip into that old family pattern, and just say you'll start fresh in 2024...

But what if this year you set yourself up for success and build Momentum to begin 2024 with?!

The theme of our November Online Sister Circle is (obviously) Momentum.

The theme of Momentum feels potent at this time because after so much crumbling + clearing so many of us have experienced, it's now time to build + generate what you actually want to create.

Momentum is a force that when generated intentionally catapults your life into a positive direction.

Momentum is built through a series of intentional small choices based on the direction that you want to go in your life. Momentum can be built in both positive & negative directions based on the thoughts you think, the feelings you feel, and the actions you take.

It is just as important to end a year strong, as it is to start fresh in the next cycle. Which is why our November sister circle we will explore the topic of momentum.

Together, we will identify where you want to generate momentum in your life, what needs to shift to do so, and begin your plan to set your life into motion.

Every circle is different but each one is highly impactful & very special. I will guide our group on a meditation journey, through journaling & sharing exercises, and an EFT tapping session to generate the momentum you want to create in this season ahead.
