This is a new monthly offering I am sharing because I know the value of growing in community, consistently showing up, exploring new topics with trusted allies, and ultimately staying accountable to our own growth + needs for connection.

This invitation is to our monthly in person circle. We also hold one online, which you are invited & encouraged to attend as well but this one if held here in Sacramento at my Crystal Temple.

The theme of our November circle is Embracing Transformation.

 With the rapid shifts we've been experiencing over the past couple years, we are not the same people we once were. The veils are continuing to thin, shadow sides being revealed, we've been asking ourselves the big questions, and now it's time to Embrace the Transformation at hand.

During our circle, I will guide us on a meditation journey, teach you transformational tools, and you will have the opportunity to share + connect in the group.

Though each circle is quite different, the energy is potent every single time.

I will weave in different modalities & teachings to give you some new tools to work with. We will move energy through EFT tapping & meditation journeys. You will walk away more clear on who you are, what area of your life you are ready to embrace the transformation, and feel more connected to your community.

Please arrive between 6-6:30. Our circle will start promptly at 6:30. There will be light snacks available before & after our circle.
